'Jurassic Park' should be one of Steven Spielberg's most popular and successful productions. Now, twenty two years later, the 'Jurassic World' will open to ignite the dinosaur fever of the 90's back again, Air Herald reported. The official trailer was first rumored to be released this month, but new sources claim that it's going to be pushed to December viewing.
The Epoch Times reported that there were conflicts that caused the delay. A source said, "From what I hear, once the decision to debut Fast 7 on Interstellar was made, the studio's original course of action was a non-ideal split target where the Jurassic trailer would premiere exclusively on IMAX prints of Interstellar with Fast 7 taking all other screens."
The source also added, "After a lot of back and forth the studio felt such a diluted debut theatrically may be counter intuitive. The final nail in the coffin came when the digital marketing team responsible for getting the trailers up on social media and film blogs objected to debuting two highly-anticipated trailers in the same window effectively splitting the online news coverage."
However, Lawyer Herald revealed that the delay is intentional and strategic-not for any other reasons. "I just got word that the theatrical trailer has been pushed back to debut with The Hobbit. This is for strategic reasons and not because of any actual delay with getting it ready. Universal is choosing to debut the Fast 7 trailer on Interstellar instead. Whether or not they still choose to debut it online in November, I have no idea," reported Latino Post.
'Jurassic World' brings us to the theme park opened on the Isla Nublar. Millions of visitors worldwide are flocking the Jurassic World-fulfilling the vision of John Hammond (portrayed by late English actor Sir Richard Attenborough in Jurassic Park). Through cloning, the dinosaurs once again walk the Earth. Unfortunately, the popularity of the park is starting to decline with ticket sales decreasing. The owners then decide to splice the DNA of the dinosaurs to create a new attraction to boost the popularity of the park again, and then Diabolous Rex or 'D-Rex' is born. This monstrous mutant will be able to escape and wreak havoc. Lead actor Chris Pratt has stated in an interview that movie-goers will see Jurassic World torn to the ground, Air Herald reported.
Jurassic World is slated for June 12, 2015.
