Jeremy Lin News: Linsanity phenomenon under New York Knicks to revive with Los Angeles Lakers? Lakers win against Charlotte Hornets marks first win

By

It was on that fateful night that a certain Harvard University alumnus would step onto the stage of NBA stardom - putting up twenty five points, seven assists and five rebounds, it was the start of what would be a series of exceptional performnces, and the genesis of Jeremy Lin, as "Linsanity".

Now, two years, two NBA seasons, and two uniform changes from the "linsanity" phenomenon, the asian harvard alumnus turned NBA star finds himself playing alongside, the black mamba himself - Kobe Bryant , and wearing gold and teal with the Los Angeles Lakers.

After losing their first five games (not to mention making former NBA superstar Charles Barkley go into fasting), the Lakers finally grab their first win in their game against the Charlotte Hornets in a 107-92 victory, with Lin's and Bryant's fingerprints all over it.

Alongside Kobe, Jeremy Lin scored twenty one points, and dimed seven dishes while shooting fifty percent from beyond the arc and making eight out of twelve attempts on the field.

ESPN also reports that, as Lin has played three solid consecutive games at home putting up 18 against the Suns, and 17 against the Clippers, he might be starting to feel "right at home".

Although it is starting to look like a comfortable role for Jeremy Lin, playing point for the Los Angeles Lakers, according to hoopshabit, Lin, must still strive to put up a series of good to great performances, which will hopefully lead to wins for his team. Will he redeem his 'Linsanity' status this season?

As per NBA.com; Jeremy Lin averages 12.5 PPG, 2.7 RPG, and 5.3 APG, throughout his career.
