"Party Down South" cast Taylor Wright documents her pregnancy via Instagram as she posts photos of her baby bump and other things related to "Little Bit." Meanwhile, "Party Down South 2" starts on November 20 featuring a new group including one from UK.
When news of Wright not returning for "Party Down South" broke, according to Starcarm, her religion was one of the reasons. However, it would seem that that wasn't entirely the case, as Wright may have been trying to get pregnant at that time. According to Starcasm, "The story of her leaving the show broke on almost the exact day she became pregnant! All of a sudden her safety concerns become so much more understandable if she was trying to get pregnant."
Starcasm reports Wright having revealed the news about her pregnancy on Facebook and Instagram on October 17 via a Halloween-themed photo. In the photo, Wright and her boyfriend, Dalton Elliott, are seen holding pumpkins; Elliott is holding one with the word "Deddy" written on it, while Wright was holding a "womb-o-lantern containing a smaller pumpkin." Their dog, Rudy, was also in the photo with a sign on his neck that said, "Promoted to Big Brother May 2015." To further clarify the message of the photo, Wright included a caption, "We are happy to announce we got a lil baby growin healthy in my belly!"
Following the announcement, Wright, who is also known as "Lil Bit," has posted an Instagram video of an appointment to the doctor, letting her followers hear the heartbeat of "Baby Bit," her expected child.
More recently, Wright's Instagram account is filled with photos of her baby bump, with the latest post being on November 10 showing "Mama Bit" in front of a mirror.
While Wright may not be returning for the show, and the original cast will not be seen until next year, "Party Down South" has a second season featuring new cast, says Kentucky Kernel. According to the site, a UK student named Hunter Robinson will be joining the new season in their six-week journey from June to July. "Robinson applied to be on the show after he came back from the bar one night and saw a re-rerun episode," shares the article. Robinson took the semester off to join the others as they socialize and party in Biloxi, Mississippi.
According to AL.com, "Party Down South 2," which will premiere in November 20, will show a "drunker, louder, trashier copycat version" of the first season that features "whooping and hollering, slapping and punching, a pledge of allegiance to the United State of inebriation and plenty of hints that bad behavior will not be in short supply."
