Cyber Monday offers discounts that may be better than Black Friday's, but not as easy to find. To help consumers, certain websites has listed some of the best offers to take advantage of this Thanksgiving weekend.
According to Computer World, though Black Friday is the more popular shopping time after Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday could offer better sales prices that buyers should take advantage of. Computer World cites "Ways to Save" segment host Matt Granite saying that Cyber Monday deals offer 10%-14% better savings than Black Friday offers. Granite claims on WKYC.com, "That's based on my findings from last year and the trends we expect this year." Granite remains open to the possibility of exceptions, but he states that his prediction should hold for major categories.
While Granite may be stipulating that Cyber Monday deals are better than Black Friday deals, Computer World says that one problem buyers might encounter is finding the good deals. "Fewer show up in TV ads and newspaper circulars, which means if you're not subscribed to an online retailer's email list, you may miss some of the day's best shopping deals," the article says.
Though this may be the case, some sites have already listed some of the deals to watch out for.
