Ryan Gosling Breakup soon? Eva Mendes issues Rachel McAdams ban after congratulatory call on baby [Rumors]

If rumors are to be believed, a newborn baby cannot mend the supposed tension in the relationship new parents Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes purportedly have. KDramastarz cited an unnamed source of The National Enquirer, who said that the couple's relationships became rocky once more after ex-girlfriend Rachel McAdams recently gotten in touch with Gosling to congratulate him on the couple's baby girl, whom they named Esmeralda Amada.

It could be recalled that the "Place Beyond The Pines" co-stars had a baby girl after months of trying to hide the pregnancy. And just like any old friend, McAdams supposedly called up Gosling to congratulate him about their new daughter.

The source was quoted as saying, "Rachel had the best of intentions when she called. She wanted to congratulate Ryan on the baby, but also to find out how he was doing."

The source said that the "Hitch" actress found out about the call and banned her babydaddy from taking McAdams' calls, Sugarscape reported.

"It caused a big scene. Now Eva's banned him from taking Rachel's calls," the source added.

On the other hand, Mendes in public is rather talkative about her new baby with Gosling, and explained why the couple decided to keep the pregnancy quiet. She told Violet Grey, "Whether we like it or not, privacy is going to be very difficult for Esmeralda. I think it's unfair, but that's our reality. So, Ryan and I decided early on to give her as much privacy as we could. And, my pregnancy was the first opportunity to give her that."

She also lamented the stress of being a pregnant celebrity and expressed her dislike with the obsession. She added, "I find the media's 'bump watch' obsession to be both intrusive and stressful. So, I made a decision to eject myself from it completely."
