Chelsea Handler, 50 Cent, Miley Cyrus wants to '#FreeTheNipple' and ask Instagram to loosen its policy against censorship, but is it working? Handler's topless post deleted and reposted on Twitter

Not for the first time, Chelsea Handler challenged Instagram's rules by posting a topless photo, which predictably got deleted. However, Handler is not the only one in her cause, with ex-boyfriend 50 Cent joining in and posting another naked photo of the comedian, which Miley Cyrus posted an outtake from a photoshoot showing her nipple.

Handler had people talking on Saturday, December 27, when she posted a topless photo of herself in a skiing trip, reports Daily Mail. According to the site, Instagram had deleted the photo because it was against the site's censorship guidelines. In response, Handler posted the photo on Twitter instead.

Originally posted on Instagram, Handler's topless photo had the caption "I lost chunk on the mountain," with Chunk being her dog. Handler reposted the photo on Twitter with the caption, "Finding chunk, Instagram had him!"

While Instagram may not agree with Handler's comfort in baring her breasts, ex-boyfriend 50 Cent seems to think differently. According to Daily Mail, the rapper posted a topless photo of Handler seemingly from the same trip on his Instagram account. On his post, the caption reads: "Hi haters, boy I love @chelseahandler out of control. Lol" Instagram deleted the photo as well, adds Daily Mail.

This is not the first time Handler has tried to challenge Instagram's censorship rules. Fox News reports the comedian posting a spoof of Russian President Vladimir Putin's topless photo atop a horse. She also posted the photo on Twitter after it got deleted. Her post's caption says, "Taking this down is sexist. I have every right to show I have a better body than Putin."

Apart from Handler, Miley Cyrus is also rebelling against Instagram's strict policies. Cyrus' most recent topless photo was an outtake from her photoshoot with W Magazine, where she will be featured in the March issue. Cyrus used the hashtag "#FreeTheNipple" in her photo, which got deleted either by herself or by Instagram, Star Pulse mentions. Star Pulse has both deleted photos of Cyrus and Handler.

Also according to the site, Cyrus has been posting "several images of topless women with their breasts blurred out and her own head photoshopped on them." Though her intention to have Instagram loosen its policies is clear, Star Pulse says that some of her posts are disturbing, with some head shots coming from her younger years.
