"Tekken 7" is considered to be one of the most awaited fighting games in the game industry today. With an expansive roster of characters, intriguing storyline and great gameplay, Tekken 7 is constantly offering a lot more contents to its fans and gamers.

In the upcoming latest instalment in the Tekken Franchise, game developer Katsuhiro Harada gave some hint on what will be the storyline for Tekken 7. Harada tweeted last January 6, that "It's too dark... But stay tuned. RT @slippedbeast I am very excited to see the story for tekken 7," indicating that the plot for Tekken 7 will take a darker path.

Sportskeeda reported that this will be the final episode of the legend of the Mishima and it will darker compared to the previous plot in Tekken. Bandai Namco, the game developer company, showed in the game trailer Heihachi and Kazuya will confront each other for one more time. It will be an epic fight considering that Kazuya is confronting his own father, Heihachi, for the death of his mother.

While fans may be disappointed to see one of their favorite characters die in the latest game, it will leave a solid foundation for the Tekken team to explore new story arcs. Besides, there are a lot of ways to retain characters in the game just like what they did in their previous Tekken titles.

A new game feature is also planned to be implemented in Tekken 7. Polygon reports that the development team is currently testing a new camera feature which will allow the player to fight on their preferred side of the screen. The said feature is still in beta test and Katsuhiro Harada has not yet confirmed on whether it will be included in the final stage of the game. This will be a good feature for players since they can easily pick what side they are attuned to play with especially for those who are left handed.

Another great news is the introduction of a new character to Tekken 7 roster which will be a Saudi Arabian fighter who goes by the name of Shaheen. According to Joystiq, Katsuhiro Harada twitted that the new character was "inspired by foreign student[s] from Arabic counties and [the] Saudi embassy."

There were mixed reactions to the new character but Katsuhiro is determined that Shaheen will be a great addition to Tekken 7 characters. One fan twitted "@Harada_TEKKEN PLEASE REMOVE THIS CHARACTER : Shaheen From Tekken 7 WE DONT NEED IT". Harada defended the character, twitting the following "Who is "WE". You should talk your own word. You are only one person. You aren't player's representative."

"Tekken 7" is planned to be released this March 2015 on PC, Xbox One and PS4. Japanese gamers will have a first opportunity to play the full game this February. Stay tuned for more updates!
