Artist Chris Brown has had his probation revoked in the 2009 Rihanna assault case. This is partly due to the fact that the singer was caught in the turmoil of two different shootings at nightclubs in the past six months. While a formal hearing has been scheduled for March 20, Chris is in a state of panic.
TMZ first reported that the court officials expressed concern that the singer was present at events where the shooting happened, and people were injured because of this.
According to a report with Hollywood Life, the singer is scared because of the court's decision to revoke his probation. This would mean that he would be in jail for four years, away from his beloved Karrueche Tran. The singer is so shaken by the sudden event, that he is considering marrying her.
"Chris is scared and he's contemplating marrying Karrueche now before his situation gets worse. If Chris has to go to prison for a while, he wants Karrueche to be taken care of and in charge of his entire estate. In order for that to happen, he'd have to marry her. He doesn't trust many people and his mother isn't really in a position to be in charge of all his stuff. He loves Karrueche, trusts her and wants her to be in control, should he have to go to prison," a source said in an interview.
The source also said that, "Chris is thinking ahead because he doesn't know what will happen in March. He could go to prison or he could be free. But what he does know is that he wants his girl to have full and complete access and power over all of his affairs and to make sure that legally happens. She'd have to be his wife and he's cool with that,"
The pair have been an on and off couple, and have only reconciled once again during New Year's Eve. The two have since then vowed to take things more seriously. The rapper even said in an interview that his "ex Rihanna is nothing compared to her [Karrueche]."
