Hollywood stars are not spare from diseases, not even dyslexia and Jennifer Aniston. The Horrible Bosses star opens up recently about her battle with dyslexia, a disorder that affects reading capability and hindrance to learning. The 45-year old blonde said in her interview that it's a great answer to her past traumas and dramas.
A household name since Friends' heyday, Aniston is an epitome of glitz and glamour every time she graces red carpets premier. She married and divorced Brad Pitt and now engaged with writer-actor Justin Theroux's, but little do public know her struggle with dylexia which she only found out in her early 20s.
"The only reason I knew [that I had it] was because I went to get a prescription for glasses," The Cake star shared with The Hollywood Reporter . "I had to wear these Buddy Holly glasses. One had a blue lens and one had a red lens. And I had to read a paragraph, and they gave me a quiz, gave me 10 questions based on what I'd just read, and I think I got three right. Then they put a computer on my eyes, showing where my eyes went when I read. My eyes would jump four words and go back two words, and I also had a little bit of a lazy eye, like a crossed eye, which they always have to correct in photos.
Aniston claimed that before she believed she's not smart enough, but after this "great discovery" the actress felt all questions on her painful past tragedies wiped out.
Meanwhile, the actress also answered a decade year old issue between her and former husband Brad Pitt. The Bounty Hunter actress explained that though they don't talk on a day to day basis they wish good things for each other. She also added neither of her nor Pitt had fault and it just happened.
"If the world only could just stop with the stupid, soap-opera bullshit. There's no story. I mean, at this point it's starting to become - please, give more credit to these human beings," Aniston's sentiment on the issue.
