Gamer Headlines reported that Baker revealed the scale of the open world of the latest Metal Gear Solid game under development. He said that "as far as scope and everything else, [Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain] beats it hands down". The narrative of the game is kept highly confidential. Baker said that "Kojima plays everything tight to the [chest]" and that they are compartmentalized in the recording. However the voice actor said that they will have a lot of dialogue in the game.

In the additional report from CrossMap, Baker also compared the open world of "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" with Skyrim. He said that "Skyrim looks like an afternoon playpen next to it," adding that "It's massive! It's absolutely massive what you can do".

In the same report, Ken-ichiro Imaizumi, the Senior Producer of Kojima Productions said that they cannot reveal the release date for the game yet. When he was asked in Twitter, the Senior Producer replied that "If you're expecting release date, please go to bed. I would utilize multi-language media when I make a big announcement." However Ken-ichiro reassured the fans that Hideo Kojima and his team are doing their best for the game. He tweeted that "Sorry but Hideo and KJP are working very hard to make it better quality everyday and night. It's not just ready to announce yet".
