"American Horror Story" Season 4 Freak Show has just aired its final episode and fans all of the Anthology Series was left in awe in the emotional rollercoaster in this season's finale.
The "Curtain Call" finale episode according to the reports, starts off with Dandy taking over the whole freak show when Elsa Mars sold it to him during the "Show Stoppers" episode. Being fascinated by the world of the freaks, Dandy really wanted to become one of them. However when the show plunged down Dandy quickly turns the blame to his staff, saying that the freaks are "boring" and they could not sell enough tickets to get a decent show.
When things got out of hand in Jupiter, Florida, Dandy turns again into a homicidal maniac and murdered almost all of the freaks saving only his beloved twin, Bette and Dot. Things were only turned around when Jimmy returned. With the help of the twins and Desiree, they were able to give Dandy the performance that he was looking for, even though it is not the exact attention that he would want.
Elsa Mars on the other hand had a difficult start in Hollywood but she was saved by David Burtka's character helped her to reach the fame and fortune that she was looking for. When Hollywood discovered Elsa's past, her snuff film and her previous ownership of the "Freak Show", her stardom quickly plummeted. It was also revealed that Elsa is still in loved with Massimo but unfortunately she could not escape with him since he is dying from a lung and bone disease. The episode ends with a last performance from Elsa Mars as she bade farewell to her cruel world and welcome what lies beyond it.
As Season 4 ends, news for Season 5 begins to circulate among American Horror Fans. The Christian Post reported that fans can expect a new approach to the Anthology Series. FX Networks CEO John Landgraf said that the theme for the upcoming American Horror Season 5 will still depend on Ryan Murphy, the series co-creator, but it will be "very different". Unfortunately, we cannot still know who will be included in the cast of the upcoming season since Landgraf said that "Ryan is really, really independent in how he makes these shows and what he does. So I know the setting. I know something about the characters and something about the tone and the time period, but I don't actually know the cast yet."
Now this paves for the recent rumor that Jessica Lange, who has been the prime star of American Horror Story Anthology Series, will make her exit from the hit series. Inquisitr reported that American Horror Story Season 4 could be her swan song but the actress teased her fans saying that the door is still open and it will depend on the theme and concept of the upcoming Season 5.
"American Horror Story" Season 4 Freak Show has just ended with a spectacular episode. Fans can look forward to a new approach to the TV hit show in its Season 5.
