'House of Cards' Spoilers: New Trailer May Be on the Way; Who's Claire Kissing in Season Three?

By

Just one month to go until the third season of "House of Cards!" And in that time, we've seen fairly little of what Frank Underwood and Netflix have in store for Underwood's third outing in the hit political series.

So far, what we've had to go on is one major trailer from Netflix- and even that trailer's not very long, or very rich in story. Released to YouTube in early January, the trailer shows Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) and his wife Claire (Robin Wright) contending with their new positions as President of the United States and First Lady. There's plenty of conflicts brewing in the trailer- but it's so short and the cuts are so quick that it's almost impossible to tell what those conflicts might be.

Watch that first "House of Cards" trailer below.

Enstars has hope, however- they're predicting that in the month before the season is released (all at once, in binge-watching format, as is Netlix's style), there'll be at least one more trailer. Hopefully, it'll have a bit more content than this last one.

Enstars also notes that in the first trailer for season three, Frank can be seen negotiating with a new character- and later on that character can be seen kissing Claire. Is that going to be one of the season's biggest stories? Well, given the trailer's description on YouTube:

"President Underwood fights to secure his legacy. Claire wants more than being First Lady. The biggest threat they face is contending with each other."

It seems pretty likely.

As reported by Zap2It, the third season of "House of Cards" will premiere on Netflix on February 27, 2015. Hopefully by then we can figure out what's going on this season- and hopefully the series will be as stunning as it's been for the past two years.
