Developer, 343 Industries, has just posted an update for "Halo 5: Guardians" Multiplayer Beta on their blog and they are now looking into the extensive data and feedback the testers have given them to improve the game before the official launch.
With that being said, the blog post didn't reveal much about "Halo 5: Guardians" other than hinting for a myriad of changes that will come to the game in conjunction with the player feedback and data acquired from the multiplayer beta.
The post reads:
"During and since the beta, the Halo 5 team has been pouring over community feedback and data to build an extensive list of improvements for the game. I've been able to discuss some of the changes with Executive Producer Josh Holmes, and he's working on a blog that will provide you with the details of what the team is working on, complete with a healthy list of learnings and changes from the beta. Stay tuned - I'm excited about it and I think it's gonna be a good one.
I look forward to providing more regular updates in this same fashion across the above areas and beyond, and certainly recognize that they should've come a bit sooner. Thanks for reading, and I'll be back again soon with the latest."
343 Industries has yet to set an exact release date for "Halo 5: Guardians" for the Xbox One, but it has been confirmed to be released sometime this 2015.
The blog post also mentions upcoming content updates for "Halo: The Master Chief Collection" which includes updates for matchmaking and lobby & party functionality.
It is also mentioned that the dev team are working on further improving the playlist of "Halo: The Master Chief Collection", which covers various game types, voting options, converting "Halo 2: Anniversary Rumble" playlist into a cross-game Rumble Pit playlist, and many more.
Do you think fans of the "Halo" series would be happy to get any update on the upcoming "Halo 5: Guardians" and "Halo: The Master Chief Collection" after the fiasco concerning the launch and release of the buggy and "unfinished" "Halo: The Master Chief Collection"?
