The latest feud the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, is linked with is one involving her own brother, James Middleton, who is apparently tired of being in her shadows. Meanwhile, Kate still doesn't seem to be in good terms with the Queen.
It is not the Queen that Kate is feuding with these days, Classicalite reports. Apparently, it is with her brother that Kate is not getting along with, saying that it "gets frustrating" being related to Kate.
"Yes, it does get frustrating... I work incredibly hard-just like every other person in business and work," James spoke, talking to The Young Director. However, the continuation of the statement does not seem to be all that angry about Kate. "And aside from the fact of-yes, I am the brother of someone very important-I am, at the end of the day, just James," Kate's brother continued.
Kate and James, along with sister Pippa and Prince William and Prince George, were vacationing late in January as a family for the 60th birthday celebration of the Middletons' mother, Carole. The family was at Basil's Bar on January 31.
Also on the same vacation, Princess Kate has apparently been teaching Prince George how to swim, with an insider revealing that the 18-month-old prince "loves splashing about."
While Kate seems to be spending more time with the Middletons, this apparently does not sit well with the Queen.
Kate Middleton's alleged feud with the Queen has been the subject of many rumors already, but the latest is that the tension between the two is reported to have grown. Citing the January 19 issue of Life & Style Magazine, IB Times says that Kate has "upset the monarch by breaking 'decades of protocol'" by celebrating Christmas with the Middletons in Anmer Hall instead of with the Queen in her Sandringham estate.
"Kate also broke tradition by bringing her side of the family to St. Mary Magdalene Church on Christmas Day," the report continues.
The Queen has apparently been unwilling to accommodate the non-royal side of Kate's family with an excuse that the Middletons would not fit in the Sandringham dining room. However, an insider reveals, "She's banned the Middletons from staying at Sandringham even though she has plenty of room for them."
The two also supposedly had a disagreement after Queen Elizabeth II told Kate to gain more weight for her second pregnancy.
Inquisitr also adds that Kate is clashing with the Queen because she is "drawing more courage to stand up for her desires," especially where her non-royal family is concerned.
