Each year, Harry Potter fans from all over the world flock to Universal Orlando Resort to celebrate the cinematic phenomena held last Friday. This year, the expo "A Celebration of Harry Potter" featured special guests including Harry Potter graphic designers Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima. Harry Potter stars Evanna Lynch, Michael Gambon, and James and Oliver Phelps also attended the event.
Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima have worked on a few bits and pieces in the design of the Hogsmeade replica in Orlando, Florida. Fans of the franchise are curious as to the development of the much-anticipated film 'Fantastic Beasts and where to find them.' While there is no word as of this moment when the official release will be, Mina and Lima will be working on production.
"Not really. We went in to see what will happen, because they're still developing the script. We're all just waiting to see what she comes up with." said Mina, in an interview with Snitchseeker.
The event also featured a Q&A session featuring Harry Potter stars Evanna Lynch who played Luna Lovegood, Michael Gambone (Albus Dumbledore) and James and Oliver Phelps (The Weasley Twins).
The stars signed autographs to the loyal fans and gamely posed for pictures. Lynch, 23 also answered questions regarding her thoughts on co-star Emma Watson who was recently announced to play the lead role in the upcoming live-action version of 'Beauty and the Beast.'
"I imagine she's good," Lynch, told People magazine.
"She's good at everything else!" said James Phelps,
Robbie Coltrane, who played Hagrid in the films was scheduled to make an appearance as well. However, the actor fell ill and was unable to make the event.
"Robbie took ill last night and is getting the rest he needs to feel better. We are sorry he can't be with us this weekend and look forward to seeing him up and about soon." a representative for Warner Bros. confirming Robbie's absence said.
