Justin Bieber's probation meeting on Thursday at the Santa Monica Courthouse went well. On top of that, it seems the singer's actions all points to starting over a new leaf.
Bieber was spotted Thursday meeting with his probation officer at the Santa Monica Courthouse, and everything went without a hitch, TMZ reports. Citing law enforcement sources, the article mentions, "Justin got glowing reviews and seems to be sticking to his word of keeping his nose clean." The singer is apparently "serious about turning over a new leaf" after being on probation for a plea on an egging vandalism case last year.
In line with Bieber's grade A behavior, E! Online reports him visiting a 16-year old burn victim on the set of "The Doctors." Bieber visited Kilee Brookbank, who suffered third degree burns on more than half of her body after a November explosion in her Ohio home.
"She was invited to talk about her brave and miraculous recovery on Thursday's episode of 'The Doctors,' and much to her surprise, the Biebs surprised her in the studio with flowers and a kiss on the cheek," the article shares.
Bieber is reported telling Brookbank that she is an inspiration to everyone, including the singer himself. Bieber also mentioned wanting to come to the studio himself. "I wanted to come here-I couldn't just do a video. I wanted to be here," Bieber says.
Originally, Bieber's team was approached by the producers of the show to ask for a video segment, but rather than agreeing to it, Bieber said, "I'll be in L.A.! Wouldn't it be cool for me to come by?"
Bieber's demeanor on the set is also subject of talk, and not in a negative way. The "Baby" singer was apparently gracious and "genuinely excited." Bieber also invited Brookbank, her mother Lori and step-father Wade, for an hour-long chat in his dressing room. Brookbank and her family also joined Bieber in the studio that night.
Even Brookbank's mother was apparently won over by Bieber's behavior. "The kindness that Justin Bieber showed Kilee, as well as us, was sincere and we greatly appreciate it," Lori and Wade add.
While Bieber is reported to be changing to a better man, this does not exempt him from participating in good-natured pranks. Just recently, Bieber is reported making out with Ellen DeGeneres in a bathroom stall to surprise some fans, Hollywood Life says.
On Bieber's February 5 guesting on DeGeneres' show, he talked about "his fresh new chapter."
