Nick Gordon is now being targeted by authorities to be the suspect of foul play on the Bobbi Kristina case in determining how the she end up face-down in a bath tub.
The 21-year-old daughter of the deceased diva, Whithey Houston and singer, Boby Brown, was found facedown in a tub full of water on January 31, in her Atlanta home. A Roswell police said to CNN that Bobbi Kristina was found, 'unreponsive, meaning not breathing nor heartbeat' by Nick Gordon and a friend named Max Lomas.
TMZ got a report from the police about Max Lomas' statement, the friend who discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub arrived 9 AM on Saturday, January 31. Lomas said that he was hanging out with Nick but did not see Bobbi Kristina. He told him that she was in the bedroom. Nick wandered away and Max said he didn't pay attention to his whereabouts. The cable guy arrived sometime around 10 AM and Lomas let him in while Nick was nowhere to be seen. The cable guy needed access to the bedroom so he let him in and he discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub. He called Nick, who ran in and administered CPR.
In the report also, Max claims that Nick allegedly cleaned up the home and removed blood stains.
Nick Gordon, who Bobbi Kristina claims to her husband, has been under investigation after seeing bruises and injuries in Brown's body that the causes are yet to be explained. TMZ also reported that their relationship has a history of violence, which strengthens the assumption of authorities. A report from ABC News about a statement of her Bobby Brown's leagal counsel, Christopher Brown contradicting the claim of matrimony between Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina Brown saying,
"To correct earlier reports, Bobbi Kristina is not and has never married to Nick Gordon."
According to the report of Yahoo News, the relationship between Gordon and Brown had been receiving raised-eyebrows from the family and the public. The two had announced their romantic involvement with each other after the death of Brown's mother, Whitney.
Gordon was taken in by the late-superstar in their home since he was 12 year old, but Houston had never adopted Gordon, a fact that Bobbi Kristina pointed to defending their relationship.
Lomas and Gordon have took in lawyers who requested for immunity and has not been giving any statement about Bobbi Kristina's case. Meanwhile, the family of Bobbi Kristina had gathered to pray for the recovery of the only child of Whitney Houston.
