“Better Call Saul” Recap, Spoilers: Tuco Favors Snapping Legs than Skinning People Alive; Jimmy to Be Involved in Another Feat with Tuco’s Men

By

The second episode of "Better Call Saul" immediately picked off from where the last episode ended, inside the home of Tuco's grandmother, his Abuelita, who seems to remain naïve to his son's psychotic and murderous ways.

Abuelita seems to have her own devious ways after returning home with two perpetuators following her after her recent hit-and-run accident. The two practically had no idea what they are up against to and even asked the old lady financial compensation for the car crash.

Tuco asked her Abuelita to go upstairs and enjoy her favorite novella while he hits the two down below with Abuelita's cane. Tuco later on cleans the stained carpet. Scammers are now nowhere to be seen and are either dead or about to die any moment soon, knowing Tuco. Then Jimmy suddenly knocks on the door.

Tuco was surprised and instantly held Jimmy at gun point. Jimmy is rattled and explains that his presence was all a mix-up when suddenly Abuelita goes down to check on Tuco. He sure did get a beating for getting "salsa sauce" on her carpet. Tuco managed to convince Abuelita to go back to her novella upstairs and brings Jimmy to the garage for interrogation. The two scammers were still alive and tied up there and immediately squealed Jimmy's plan to scam Tuco's Abuelita.

Jimmy and the two scammers were dragged into the desert and were about to be tortured by Tuco and his henchmen. Jimmy tried everything to spare is live and luckily does. But for the two scammers, things are unlikely not in their favor. They won't be skinned alive for sure but they won't get away either for playing games with Tuco's Abuelita. They got their feet snapped and broken courtesy of Tuco while the shaking Jimmy watched a few feet way.

Jimmy's day went like a blur after that but whatever he did, shaking of the image of bones being broken in front of him convinced him to be less than sober the whole day. And just when he thought his day was finally over, he sees one of Tucos's henchmen asking him to pull off the treasurer and his wife of $1.6 million dollars, the mixed-up planned that had Abuelita involved. Jimmy refuses but by the look of the henchman, he doesn't seem to have a choice to make.

So what's next after breaking bones and threatening to skin people alive? Jimmy's definitely has no choice but to pursue his plans on pulling off another scam, but this time behind Tuco's back and with one of his men as Jimmy's allies. Broken bones, blood and a little bit gore on the side is what viewers can expect from the next episode of "Better Call Saul."

"Better Call Saul" airs every Monday on AMC.
