Perhaps their goal now is to fulfill their 'On the Road Again' world tour, which currently hitting various big venues in Australia, but still One Direction is a recording artist. Fans are wondering whether there's follow up album after 'Four.' Do Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan are blending their creative juices to rush their fifth album?
Reportedly, Zayn and Liam had different solo recording gigs and then last year Louis said in an interview with Metro that it might take a long gap before his group go back in recording studio.
"I think we are planning on having a conversation today about if we are going to do another album, Louis shared."And if we are, we might take a little more time over it."
However in The Sun's report, excited fans can assume that hit British boy band's fifth album is already materializing. In fact, there are rumors pointing that it may release within the year.
"Initially the guys thought they might want more time away from the studio because they've been busy promoting Four," Sun's insider said. "But they've been itching to get back recording again because it's what they love to do, so it's full steam ahead."
Sun's insider also added Wayne Hector and Juliann Bunetta are also included in the album. These two songwriters or collaborators penned songs such as 'Best Song Ever,' 'Little White Lies,' and 'Little Black Dress.'
"I'm finishing off some songs with Sigma then I'm going to start writing for the new One Direction album," Wayne told Sun. "I'm really looking forward to it - they're always great to work with."
Meantime, Sun's source divulged that most likely the sound of 1D's fifth album is something they already tested before. It emphasized that with band's strong bond for five years, they know exactly what sound and process they want.
While the info their fifth album is a hush-hush thing at the moment, group's 'On The Road Again' tour is not. After their gigs at AAMI stadium in Adelaide and Patersons Stadium in Australia, 1D will rock Asia starting in Osaka Japan on February 24. They will also stage concert in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines and Indonesia.
