It has almost been three months since the winter finale of the ABC fantasy-drama series "Once Upon a Time" and viewers are already intrigued on what to expect next with the series. Recent pictures shared by Spoilersguide.com provided viewers with glimpses of the darkness that we are all about to experience this coming midseason premiere of the series. What happens when the Queens of Darkness unite?
Storybrooke is definitely in for a chaotic and troublesome midseason. There is no turning back for Rumplestiltskin and his really serious in bringing trouble and despair to the heroes and heroines of town. Scenes from Rumplestiltskins' past showed images of Belles captors, Ursula the dreaded Sea Witch, Maleficent morphing into a flock of crows and Cruella de Vil, the lady who loves puppies when they are already skinned and turned into luxurious coats and jackets. It not just a tag team but a triad of dark forces waiting to attack and bring perils to the characters in Storybrooke. Overturning a single Queen is already a conquest, so how can the heroes of "Once Upon a Time" handle trouble in threes?
Another witch is also about to return in town. There is no definite date yet but according to TVLine.com Rebecca Mader who plays as Zelena or the Wicked Witch of the West will be back to bring evil back in Storybrooke this Midseason. The bright side seems to be too far for the people on Storybrooke with these evil ladies about to arrive in town.
Several teasers will released by Adam Horwitz late December about the things and scenes that the fans can expect from the show this coming midseason. But everything was all a tease and no clear and concrete idea were released up until today upon the release of the sneak pictures from the production of Episode 14.
Ex-evil Queen Regina also has something cooking for this season and it's definitely bringing more bad luck and dangers for this lady. Is she returning back to the bad side or is in grave danger as she comes face to face with the ruthless Queens of Evil?
"Once Upon a Time" airs on March 1 on ABC.
