Spoilers of The Young and the Restless this week is set to hit the climax as it teases a gentleman will have a not-so-gentle exit from the hit noontime show. There is an imminent plane crash and only four men are on board the jet--Neil (Kristoff St. John), Cane (Daniel Goddard), Colin (Tristan Rogers), or Devon (Bryton James).
A major character has been teased to leave the soap.
Daytime Confidential reported earlier that a "Genoa hunk will soon be taking a dirty nap" this week. The same report hinted "just the blind leading the blind" and suggested that it could possibly be Neil Winters taking off from the drama series.
Possibilities have no closure yet as of now. If Neil will have his exit from the show, fans will go hanging if this is the case since Neil cannot get back to Hilary and Devon which he vowed in last Friday's episode.
Meanwhile, Lily (Christel Khalil) is a possible candidate for the show based on earlier promos. However, Daytime Confidential suggests that a male lead will die and has listed Nick (Joshua Morrow), Dylan (Steve Burton), Fen (Max Ehrich), Austin (Matthew Atkinson), Michael (Christian LeBlanc), Kevin (Greg Rikaart), Victor (Eric Braeden), and Joe (Scott Elrod) aside from Neil.
One fan wrote in Soap Central: I can't see them killing off anyone of importance. Austin's death will pave the way for Summer X Kyle (recast)...plus give Hunter King something meaty to do instead of just crying and whining every week."
Apparently, the plane crash in Genoa will cause the death of the character. Last Friday, Neil spilled the beans in front of everyone regarding Hilary and Devon's secret affair.
Possibly, Neil will blow up the plane with the brief case on his lap. Everyone in-flight is forcing Neil to open up the case and show them what is inside it. Will Neil's brief case possibly be the reason of the plane crash and his probable death?
"The Young and the Restless" airs Monday through Friday at 12.30 pm on CBS.
