Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 Passengers' Families to Hold Chinese New Year Protest; High Court Brings Missing Plane Crash Lawsuit Outside

By

It was almost a year when Malaysia Airlines Flight MH 370 went missing. Until now, not even a single concrete clue is given to the public. The families of the passengers from the lost flight are still hoping that they would be able to have answers. Some of them believe that the government and the airline are not exerting a lot of effort to unravel the mystery behind the lost aircraft.

As of the moment, 239 passengers were declared dead and that the incident was considered an 'accident'. This did not sit well with the families of the presumed dead passengers. True enough, it's hard to accept that one is dead already if a single proof cannot be given.

According to one source, this Chinese New Year, instead of celebrating the traditional way, the families might stage a protest against the airline. They believe that the development of the case is evidently very slow. However, this will have to be discussed with the other families. An updated report about the missing aircraft is scheduled to be released on March 7, a day before the tragic incident.

Meanwhile, Malaysia Airlines is said to have been testing a new tracking device that may avoid the mishap that MH 370 encountered. Based form the report, the birth of this new tracking system was brought about by last year's disappearance. Hopefully, this is more foolproof that its predecessor.

This unfortunate event has pushed some family members to file lawsuit. In fact, the children of one victim have already made a first step. However, the High Court reportedly recommended that it should be resolved outside of the court.

The whole world was affected by the Malaysia Airlines MH 370 tragedy. Imagine the burden that the families carry for almost 12 months. We can only hope that the next report will be able to at least pacify the pain that is felt by the loved ones of the passengers of the missing aircraft.
