Although Apple has not officially announced the release iPhone 6S yet, the tech giant's next flagship smartphone is going around the rumor mill with high-end technologies that will contribute to a huge overhaul for the iPhone series.
Apple Insider received a notice from infamous tipster Ming-Chi Kuo that the tech giant is brewing a technology to intensify security of Apple Pay, which might come out in TouchID unit.Report also said that Global Foundries and strong rival Samsung Electronics won a major agreement with regards to Apple's A9 processors. Samsung and Foundries took over around 70 percent of the chip production through their 14nm FinFET technology.
A recent patent tips off Apple is working on a computer-generated headset and display. US Patent No. 8,957,835 named "Head-Mounted Display Apparatus for Retaining a Portable Electronic Device with Display" features a moveable electronic device which will enable users to wear it over the head.
Because of a possible inconvenience a wired connection may bring, Apple opted to go for a build that "temporarily integrates or merges both mechanically and electronically a head-mounted device with a portable electronic device."
Anti-theft technology will also be further enhanced for iOS 9-operated device as it did a good performance on iOS 8. According to Reuters, three major cities-London, San Francisco and New York-have recorded notable decrease in smartphone theft since Apple first introduced the development which was followed by other high-end brands.
The Touch ID fingerprint sensor could possibly be integrated into the display, rather than it is left in the home button. A huge development of the iPhone camera is expected to have some major improvements. A rumored 21MP rear camera is also rumored but a report said Apple will stick with 8MP.
Screen size will stick on the previous 4.7-inch display with the same chassis and color variants. The rumored sapphire glass component might change the weight of the smartphone brand.If iPhone 6S remains the same, Apple probably will improve the device in the form of new hardware, more particularly of a new processor. iPhone 6S will come out with an A9 chip with 2GB RAM.
In a report, release date might fall on September as per tradition of the iPhone series. iPhone 6 and 6 Plus was released in September 2014, the iPhone 5S and 5C in September 2013, and the iPhone 5 in September 2012.
iPhone 6S is expected to be credited the most for the expected $145 shares for Apple after the 6S release alongside iWatch.
