In the mid-week episode of "The Bold and the Beautiful," Forrester Creations CEO Rick and his love interest Maya share a private moment amid plans to remove Rick from the company plotted by Steffy, Ridge, and Liam.
Rick and Maya are one of the successful couples in "Bold and Beautiful," but they are not without their enemies. According to IB Times, the February 25 episode will show Steffy and Ridge conversing about a plan to overthrow Rick by teaming up with the Spencers.
Meanwhile, the couple, dubbed as "Raya," will be seen sharing a private moment. In Wednesday's episode, Rick will be presenting Maya with "a token of his affection," which will allegedly "delight" her.
However, not everything in the show is a delight to Rick's partner. In a post retweeted by actor Karla Mosley, it is hinted at that Maya is not a fan of being around her sister. The reason behind Maya's apprehension around her sister is yet to be revealed, and Mosley did not comment on the post.
On previous episode, Rick and Maya were seen celebrating in what Celeb Dirty Laundry thinks is a move that is "a little too cocky." Currently, Rick and Maya have reason to celebrate after Rick got Eric Forrester's support "regardless of questionable things that he did while his father was away." Rick is remembered "nearly shooting and killing Ridge and Caroline."
However, the tables may turn on rick as the episode will also show his detractors plotting to take him down, primarily involving Steffy, Ridge, and Liam. As plans to remove Rick from Forrester Creations are created, TV Guide mentions Steffy and Ridge "carefully" weighing the pros and cons of an alliance with the Spencers. Aside from possible partners in taking down Rick, Steffy also wants to get Liam's heart despite Ivy's protestations.
Many in the show may be against Rick's actions, but apparently Brooke is a fan. Talking to Eric, Brooke is convinced that his son Rick is doing well as the CEO because the company "seems to be moving in the right direction."
