The pay per view subscription to watch the richest Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather fight in history comes May 2 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas is set by HBO and Showtime at a record high of $99.95.
According to ESPN, HBO that has a contract with Manny Pacquiao and Showtime as well as a deal with Floyd Mayweather, Jr. will split the broadcast for the fight where the joint pay per view costs $89.95 plus a $10 extra for HD.
Daily Mail reported that all the MGM properties will screen closed-circuit transmission on giant screens with entrance fees reaching $200 plus.In the Philippines, millions of fans will also watch on giant screens in the city squares and parks.
Tickets for ringside seats, expected face value $5,000 are already appearing on the black market at up to $20,000.
The boxing bout of the decade at the MGM Grand is projected to generate $400 million gross, with Mayweather taking the larger portion of the 60-40 money split
