Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and our other survivors get used to a little bit of normalcy as they settle into a Zombie-free life inside the walls of the Alexandria Safe-Zone (ASZ). Spoilers have it that they will be staying within the confines of the ASZ for a while, perhaps for the remainder of Season 5 and possibly even beyond. However, are they simply being lulled into a false sense of security in Episode 13 entitled ‘Forget?’
The detailed spoilers that avid followers of the series cannot get enough of seem to be getting scarce with the 90-minute season finale less than four weeks away. “Rick and the others continue to acclimate into their new surroundings,” is all Spoiler TV can offer us at this point.
Rick’s decision to shave and get a haircut as a prelude to reentry into civilized life is unlikely to interest fans, because that sort of defeats the purpose of watching the show in the first place. People could gather that the survivors will be somewhat wary because life inside the ASZ might make them “weak” and presumably, less effective as Zombie killers. More interesting is that one of them will supposedly suggest that they “take over” the ASZ!
Can this be a foreshadowing of this season’s finale which is entitled ‘Conquer?’ In the same episode, people can expect that trouble will follow our survivors to the gates of their apparently temporary safe haven. However, that is jumping three episodes forward!
Back to Episode 513 which will be airing March 8, Wet Paint speculates that Carl (Chandler Riggs) may or may not lose an eye. The website says that all depends on how closely the TV series will stick to the comic book myth. The producers of the show apparently take liberties in deviating from the book when it comes to keeping the primary characters’ body parts intact!
Meantime, Morgan (Lennie James) is also expected to make a return soon, according to Wet Paint. There seems to be big plans for this important character somewhere down the creative road.
