'Dragon Quest Heroes' PS3, PS4 Release: Game to arrive in Europe, North America this year; PS3 version exclusive in Asia?

Dragon Quest Heroes to release in Europe and North America this year. Square Enix announced that the release will be in digital or in retail [physical].

The official announcement was made through Playstation Blog where the specific details were mentioned such as the launch date. According to Eurogamer, the upcoming "Dragon Qest" game will be considered as the first localised game since "Dragon Quest 9."

With the game length, videos were already out that totalled around three hours through a YouTuber account. It was revealed that throughout the gameplay, it was described as, "load times are nippy, menus are elegant, and though the videos are entirely in Japanese, it's not too dofficult to get a sense of the game's story."

The game resolution is said to be in 1080fps/60fps which definitely in HD resolution where in each segment that lasts around 10 to 30 minutes, the game developer's excellent effort is much seen as the scenes are entirely showing-off the ultra-smoot, fast-paced hack n' slash gameplay of the game.

Moreover, other details such as the game's scenes and its artistic styles were also noticed. According to the same source, they mentioned about the aesthetic Japanese artist Akira Toriyama's signature art style plus the storyline revolving around the humans and the monsters that once co-existed in peaceful kingdom of Erusaze and much more.

Square Enix said in a statement regarding the release of "Dragon Quest Heroes" in the West. They cited that the game was already released in Japan [in Japanese language] last February 26. But in the West, only PS4 platform will be compatible as the PS3 will be in Asia.

They said, "That's right! You read the correctly, the announcement is real - Dragon Quest Heroes will be coming out in Europe and North America in 2015, exclusively for Playstation 4 and will be available as both boxed physical release and digital download via Playstation Network." They ended the statement with a sentence saying that the West has no need to think about importing the game since it will be brought there anyway. "Dragon Quest Heroes marks the first time the series will be a full scale action-RPG and it's a ton of fun!"
