Contrary to what Bioware had revealed last month, Dragon Age: Inquisition Patch 5 has quite missed a mention of Black Emporium in newly released game notes on its website. However, the notes unveil that the fifth installment of Dragon Age: Inquisition contains a number of improvements to gameplay and stability, as well as some new features.
Black Emporium is at the forefront of upcoming features when a PC beta for Patch 5 was announced in February. As the website describes it, Black Emporium is a mysterious underground shop run by an immortal proprietor. Game players, known as Inquisitors, can find powerful artifacts and tools to aid their cause, purchase epic weapons, powerful accessories, new crafting materials and schematics.
The new feature will also employ Mirror of Transformation that will allow Inquisitors to change their voice and facial appearance. Patch 5 notes make no mention of armor tinting as well which was revealed at the beta's announcement.
At the time of feature announcement, other structures added were party storage at Skyhold Undercroft, new auto-attack key and custom hero biographies. Dragon Age: Inquisition Patch 5 is considered as the biggest content update in history by the Canada-based developer.
The Patch 5 notes also mention bug fixes, improving archer Al, True Grit privilege to all party members and a "loot exploit." The update also enables PC players to toggle mouse look. However, Bioware warns that "this feature is still under development and does not act optimally under all conditions." The latest update also will give players the ability to adjust the size of subtitles.
