In the recently ended World Mobile Congress, Alcatel had announced to the public that it will be releasing the new Alcatel Hero 2+ (an update of the Hero 2 that Alcatel had released last year). The new Hero 2+ will come with a pre-installed Cynogen OS. Cynogen is a company which modifies Android phones and makes devices perform better and be more user friendly than the original software according to The Verge. The company had wanted to create an identity of their own and be independent from Google. If you can remember Cynogen is also utilized by OnePlus.
2014 had been a year for OnePlus especially with its high end features and friendly price. However, OnePlus is only made available to users upon invite. Many smart phone fanatics and collectors have a hard time to secure an invite or a request to the company. On the other hand, there had been numerous comparisons for the OnePlus smart phone. But as Alcatel releases its newest Hero 2+ model, we would like you to see for yourself how both smart phones are at par which others' specs and features.
Aside from these features, Alcatel Hero 2+ will be bundled with a stylus. Could this be a challenge addressed to OnePlus alone? Or will Alcatel challenge the larger companies which issues a stylus bundle like LG and Samsung?
