A six bedroom with eight-bathroom mansion, this is where Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey's twin will reside. Monroe and Moroccan Scott Cannon will be alongside with their father in a rural area at New Jersey. According to reports, Nick's been selecting different houses to live and one of his choices is a large place with sufficient rooms for everyone. However, Cannon's decision may be affected because until now, he and Mariah were still fighting for the custody of their children as well as settling their financial accounts. This after Cannon filed a divorce on December last year.

Reportedly, the house is located in a remote area of New Jersey and is worth $3million. But Nick, who has a net worth of more than $20million, is considering to buy the said estate. Nevertheless, he's initially renting the spot for $11,000 a month. Also, sources stated that Nick will not seek help for the "We Belong Together" singer with regards to the design of the house as his the "America's Got Talent" host mother will aid him for the creativity inside and outside the said rural mansion. "Nick's mom will help him decorate and the house will not have Mariah's ornate touches," a source said.

Mariah and Nick's past home in Bel Air, California is currently on sale in the market February of last year. The family place is worth $13 million. For now, Monroe and Moroccan Scott will be separated from their parents since Mariah finalizes to live in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in which she'll be getting ready for her upcoming show in California on May 6. On the other hand, Nick will be busy for the recording of the 10th season of America's Got Talent in New Jersey which started Monday and will end March 9. Auditions will be judged by celebrities Heidi Klum, Mel B, Howard Stern and Howie Mandel.
