5 Seconds of Summer on Tuesday have shaken up the fandom with a mysterious #5ONTHEWALL on twitter. Before their performance in Japan, the band is seen in the backstage dropping down their pants in front of a camera.
According to MTV, 5SOS has tweeted a mysterious hashtag '5ONTHEWALL', which later freaks out their fans.
Many fans reacted to the tweet, including the following:
dylan follow mary @arctixcliffords Mar 3: "@5SOS what am I looking at"
PLS GILINSKY ILYSM @LOVERSBUG Mar 3: "@5SOS new video??"
PLEASE LUKE @harderhemmo Mar 3: "@5SOS you better announce this soon because I don't have a clue what this could be"
nico! @softbIonde Mar 3: "@BABYGAMBlNO @5SOS doesnt it just say 5 seconds of summer"
While everyone became really stressed out what could it mean, it was later figured out that it was a cryptic page that only showed a fuzzy television screen and a countdown that constantly resets.
But something crazy happened later. For a limited time, the website has shown a clip of 5SOS hanging out in a dressing room before taking the stage in Japan.
It was a 10 minute silent video that showed the band being their hilarious goofy selves. Among the highlights were Michael showing their setlist, and of course the showing off of some skin by Michael and Ashton, taking their pants off.
Michael, 19 and Ashton, 20, crazily wiggled next to each other as they showed off their briefs underwear, laughing.
Other highlights also included the each one of the band approaching the camera close up to pull a silly face, as well as dancing across tables and chairs.
Many fans totally enjoyed what they have seen, including:
vasilena,, @ashtheirwin: "i just spent 10 mins on watching the boys chillin', taking selfies and being themselves, i have no regrets"
please mikey @whatsairwin: "this made my homework filled day x1021033457497520 time better thanks <3 #5ONTHEWALL #vote5sos #kca"
