EXO, SM Entertainment Lawsuit: Luhan brings trouble to actress Sandra Ng; Luhan finally reacts

By

SM Entertainment is serious and determined to lock down all activities of EXO ex-member Luhan and Kris not only in South Korea but as well in mainland China. The two artists are facing separate new lawsuits from SM Entertainment after participating in several engagements in mainland China. The popular Korean outfit even threats to file cases against the endorsers and advertisers who intends to get the services of the two.

"We invested a huge amount of resources to develop EXO into a top global Artists in a short period of two year. However, Kris and Luhan left the group without a notice, without sufficient reason," according to SM Entertainment. The company regarded their withdrawal as an abuse of their marketing efforts for the group and to the member of the groups individually. The contracts of Kris and Luhan remains to take in effect until the court make a final ruling. Thus all the activities conducted by Luhan and Kris without SM Entertainment consent are considered as breach of contract.

Sandra Ng is also being dragged into the issue after receiving a lawsuit from SM Entertainment for getting Luhan in a cameo role in the movie "12 Golden Ducks." Sandra is the lead star and producer of the show and revealed that her company has not received any legal documents about the lawsuit. She shared, "I don't know much about the law, so I will leave the rest to the lawyers."

Luhan on the other hand has finally shared his piece regarding the lawsuits being filed by SM. The singer's representatives informed the public that the company, SM Entertainment has no contractual basis to claim exclusive rights over Luhan's performances in China. His lawyers even consider SM Entertainment's accusations as libelous.

Unfortunately there is no holding back for SM Entertainment. They are determined to block every activity that will involve the two ex-EXO members in China and probably in other places as well.
