The 'Street Fighter V' for PC and PS4 may have been accidentally leaked and discovered via merchandising post for the game that indicated next spring release date .
In VG247 report, the release date for the PC and PS4 version of 'Street Fighter V' was initially posted at the bottom of Capcom's Unity ad.
The purported post has since been taken down but the site was able to take a screenshot which reads, "Everyone is fired up for Street Fighter 5 coming to the PS4 and PC next Spring. Until then, you can sport the official SFV key art T-shirt, which features Ryu in a heroic pose, for $25."
The announcement might just be a unintentional since some words from the sentences were removed from the Unity post.
What has been omitted was Capcom's notice that 'Street Fighter V' for PC, PS4 will be released in the Spring of 2016 and no more particular release date found. Although, a representative from Capcom has recently confirmed with IGN that the "launch window listed" on the Unity post is only tentative and the official release date remains to be announced as of yet.
According to Game Spot, giant retailers Amazon and Best Buy have indicated 'Street Fighter V' for the PC, PS4 platforms for an unconfirmed March 31, 2016 release on their respective websites.
The gaming site added that Capcom has recently announced its plans to hold a public beta test on 'Street Fighter V' on PS4 console and PC. Gamers are urged to express what they think of the game from their hands-on experience and provide useful feedback that could improve and realize a 'best' game before the launch.
There were no other details provided regarding the beta test, however, Capcom is quoted saying that it would be the "largest and most ambitious online beta program in franchise history."
'Street Fighter V' release was first revealed at the PlayStation Experience event in December 2014 and announced as the latest fighting game to the franchise which will be PS4 and PC exclusive.The characters include Ryu, Chun-Li, and Street Fighter Alpha veteran Charlie which have been reportedly confirmed to return to the next fighting title from Capcom.
