'Tomb Raider' Reboot Movie, Spoiler Updates: Younger Lara Croft to be featured?

Evan Daugherty has been hired and was set to provide the first draft of a script that would showcase the adventures of Lara Croft as a famous treasure hunter. She is the screen writer behind the success of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, Divergent Snow White And the Huntsman and GI Joe 3.

Warner Bros. will be distributing the film. The said studio has signed on to partner in co-financing and co-producing with MGM. As part of the rights deal with Square Enix, the video game company who is the brain of the title, The Reboot which has been fast tracked and has strong progress in production language.

The Tomb Raider franchise has been very successful video game series on a silver screen starring Lara Croft. Its 2001 film and its sequel, Tomb Raider: The cradle of Life which has been starred by Angelina Jolie as a Brit archaeologist named Lara Croft in the said movie has earned more than $432 million worldwide.

In 1996, the original Tomb Raider has been published in London -based Eidos who is currently part of Square Enix. Warner Bros. who owned 20% of Eidos has launched Tomb Raider project development with Dan Lin producing while feature rights went to Square Enix after it bought Eidos in 2009 for $120 million.

It has been rumored that if the film will follow the 2013 reboot sequel, Tomb Raider will feature a younger Lara Croft going on her first adventure which has been reported also in Film.

Few young actresses have been featured in Screen Rant who could possibly be playing the lead role Lara Croft in her early days in the reboot movie. One of the young actresses that were mentioned were Lily James, Gemma Arterton, Tuppence Middleton, Daisy Ridley, and Camilla Luddington, who is the only one that was mentioned that played Lara Croft. Considering that she is the artist behind the vocal and motion performances of the famous heroine hunter in the most recent Tomb Raider video game.
