Losing weight is very difficult and can never be achieved quickly since it comes with a process. This process may take years, months or perhaps days depending on how you work with it. There's no such thing as abrupt weight loss. You have to sweat and work hard to achieve a stunning physique. Nonetheless, there are other methods like surgical procedures aside from the traditional exercising. Unluckily, for Rob Kardashian, weight loss is really a big issue.

Reportedly, Rob will not be anymore included to the future seasons of their family show ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashian' for the reason that he's getting fat. Also, it was reported Cara Lavingne regrets giving his phone number to Kardashian and because of this he's now allegedly depressed about what's happening to his weight.

"He's been bombarding her with text messages, and it's creeping her out. She's not attracted to him at all and is pretty insulted that he would think he had a chance," an insider said. "He's still in a downward spiral. he's so lonely and desperately wants to find the right woman, but his confidence is at rock bottom. He really wanted Cara to like him," the source explained.

Furthermore, the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashian' star gets a support from the public particularly in social media regarding his weight loss battle. This is after he shared his buff body images on Instagram wherein he captioned, "Last throwback of the day and yes I'm fat now so yall haters can literally suck d***."

Two years ago, Rob Kardashian's Trainer, Gunnar Peterson made efforts to help him find his shape. "Rob's a grinder, he's getting it done. He's one of those guys who is always going to keep at it. He'll get to where he needs to be and everybody has their path," Gunnar said. But for now, seems like has nothing changed in Rob's figure. Can Rob do it?
