'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt' release date is a couple of months away from fans who are eagerly waiting to take on continuum of Geralt of Rivia's dark adventure this May 19 after quite a wait.

However, all the waiting could just be afforded with great rewards because CD Project RED is reportedly not rushing perfection.

The use of state of the art technology such as nVidia's GameWorks effects, HBAO+, HairWorks and PhysX and the new CD Project RED's proprietary REDengine 3 technology that is used exclusively for developing 64-bit platforms could bring out the best of what the game can truly offer to its fans.

Currently, nVidia is giving out free copies of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on its Spring GeForce GTX Game bundle promo on select nVidia video cards and notebooks with qualifying nVidia graphics cards.

"To experience The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt at its very best, with every effect enabled at a high resolution, you may well need an upgrade, so kill two wyverns with one stone by buying an 'Undeniably Epic' GeForce GTX 980, 970 or 960 which'll give you the performance you need as well as a free copy of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt," reads a statement at nVidia GeForce page.

VcPost also reported earlier the details of two unique editions the players can choose from and pre-order.
