After the calm water was brushed by the wind, feud starts again when it was reported recently that ‘Real Housewives of New York' star Bethenny Frankel and his husband Jason Hoppy continues the divorce process. This happened when Hoppy's company calls an emergency session for the legality of their separation. According to a source, "Jason's attorneys requested the emergency conference call this morning after a moving crew showed up at the apartment he shares with Bryn and started removing [Bethenny Frankel]'s belongings."

The ex-couple had their break up two years ago, but still they're not yet done settling their assets which include their $5 million residence in New York City. Last December 2012, a judge ordered that the home should be Jason and Bethenny's belonging since it is joint ownership. In addition, no one should decide on who's gonna live in the said apartment since the divorce was not yet concluded.

The source believed the ‘Real Housewives of New York City' star has its own penthouse and that she must leave in the house she and Jason purchased when they were married. "Jason's attorneys told the judge that [Bethenny Frankel] has bought a new apartment and she was taking her remaining things out of the Tribeca place. The problem was, Bryn was home and the moving crew scared her. She started hysterically crying and Jason was furious so he immediately called his lawyers, who called the judge," the source claimed.

Meanwhile, after their daugther, Bryn was exposed to the said fight, her mommy collected her from school in New York who carries so many things such as jacket, a blanket and a doll. Byrn was dressed for a school run in a pink shirt and a dotted skirt. She was carried by her 44-year old mother wearing trousers and cool biker boots.
