After months since WWE 2K15 1.02 patch release, 1.04 were already out for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One platforms. These patches included fixes for gameplay, game appearance, online and more, as NXT ArRIVAL already out.
Previously with the WWE 2K15 patches released last December, they were available only for PS4 console, followed to have in Xbox One afterwards. From the earlier release, the game offered fixes for PS4 and Xbox One's player's save date and some downloadable content, impeded progress in MyCAREER, and several issues for downloadable content presentation and at the same time, its compatibility.
Aside from these major fixes highlighted for the 1.02 patches, online matches were also part of the upgrades along with the gameplay and user interface. With the online matches, players can customize their Superstar names with proper display in a Ranked Online match while addressing the COM selection in the Online Private Match issues.
Another patches covered were the improved visual gameplay presentation and at the same time the attacks against opponents were also enhanced, such as an improved AI behaviour in Tag Team and Royal Rumble matches, easier Comebacks, scrolling, selecting Superstar selection screen and Community Creation menu flow.
One last feature in the previous patches was the reduction of visual distortions during entrances with characters featured [with long hair], and there is no need for two hats for the characters in an alternate attire.
With the newest patch released last March 9, the WWE 2K15 1.04, they have similar upgrades, however, it differs with the additions since it focuses on the different patches for each type of platform. Thus, in each type, there is a distinct patch required to reach the best gaming in accord to the compatibility and the type of console.
In general, these patches contained fixes to prepare consoles for 'NXT ArRIVAL' across all platforms. Yet, specific details about each patch in a particular type of console were also introduced.
With PS4 and Xbox One patches, soft crash that occurs during booting the title were eliminated with no internet connection and contained a lot of fixes and updates for improved functionality for 'NXT ArRIVAL' downloadable content. That being said, the audio, menu, and the downloadable content were improved for each match.
With the older generation consoles, players can have more precision to movements of the Superstar's body while making Running Bulldog move while performing Triple Powerbomb OMG during an elimination match. Both of these types of consoles, old generation and current-gen, they both have additions with downloadable content to include "One More Match" that appeared in Superstar Threads.
WWE next flagship, NXT ArRIVAL DLC pack for 2K15 is already out in the market last March 10, which promised an increase of WWE 2K15 playable roster for the NXT Superstars and more. Playable characters were named: Adam Rose, The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor) and Emma including former WWE Champion, NXT General Manager and Monday Night Raw announcer, JBL.
This DLC offered by WWE 2K15, aside from the playable characters, accelerator, WCW Pack, New Moves pack, 2K Showcases: One More Match, Hall of Pain, Path of the Warrior for just around $7 ($6.99).
