Super Diva Beyonce has recently been posting a number of sexy Instagram photos that shows off her tiny waist and sexy figure.
Beyonce's bodacious body can be attributed to the new 22 Day Nutrition diet, a meal plan which offers three vegan meals a day for 22 days, that are fresh and 100% organic.
The singer has recently launched the 22 Days Nutrition Diet, a no meat, no dairy, and no hassles vegan diet.
According to its official website, 22daysnutrition.com, the meals are 100 percent plant-based, made with organic ingredients, non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free and dairy-free, and are delivered once a week. There are three plans to choose from: 1 Meal a Day, lunch or dinner; 2 Meals a Day, lunch and dinner; or 3 Meals a Day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also choose a five or seven-day meal option. The home delivery meal service costs $629.79, including shipping.
L.A . Weekly reported that after participating in the 22 Days Nutrition challenge with husband Jay Z in 2013, the 7/11 singer took it to the next level by creating the on-demand meal service, 22 Day Nutrition, with her trainer Marcos Borges.
Vanity Fair quoted Beyonce saying that, "I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices."
Of course being vegan means no meat, cheese, fish, and other animal products, so it is quite a challenge. But, according to the "Ring Off" singer, if she can do it, then so can we. "I would like for anyone who think this isn't for them, even though they may know of the incredible benefits, to know that they can do it. If a Houston-born foodie like me can do it, you can too," says Beyonce.
Everyone knows that a vegan diet is very healthy and has a lot of benefits including lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, which in turn reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer and type 2 diabetes. Eating more whole grains, vegetables and legumes that are low in fat and high in fiber also gives huge benefits.
Because of the healthy benefits, a lot of celebrities including Usher, Russell Brand, Ellen Degeneres and Olivia Wilde have already gone vegan.
