Gears of War 4 Xbox One, PC Release, Rumor: No Xbox One platform game launching? Former designer shows 'Project Bluestreak' pre-alpha footages

Without direct confirmation, Gears of War might not be released in Xbox One platform. Xbox boss didn't give any direct hint about the progress or status of the game whether it's coming to Microsoft console or not.

Phil Spencer, Xbox head at Microsoft said that there may be an announcement about Gears of War 4 release soon through a response to a fan through his official Twitter account.

One fan posted via Twitter said, "Hey Xboss, Please give me a simple answer Are we'll see GOW collection Soon in my Xbox One. Yes or no :("

As a response to his tweet, Spencer simply answered, "Haha, I can't announce that. But stay tuned."

Speculations about the development as well as the release progress of the game arose. There are some who assumed that Microsoft will do the same thing with Halo, another flagship franchise of Microsoft, which was remastered to Halo: The Master Chief Collection. This remastered edition for the said game was a pre-requisite for Halo 5: Guardians to release this Fall 2015.

For the Gears of War 4, some guessed that it would include the editions featured from the previous 1, 2, 3 titles released which showed graphical improvements. Sadly, based from the Xboss' response to the fan, there might be possibility that the game might not be released in Xbox One.

However, trying to get the logic behind to how Halo game title was able to convince people to purchase the game in such [Xbox One] platform, they might be using the same strategy for the upcoming game release, Gears of War 4 [to increase platform sales].

With that being said, if Halo 5 enabled users to purchase Xbox One with its additions given that it is the remastered edition for the Halo title, for the Gears of War 4, Black Tusk might also consider adding the same improvements [visual appearance, graphical resolutions] for the game.

Recently, there were also theories that it might also come out as PC version, since the graphics will also be good for PCs. Aside from these assumptions to the game platforms, the sequels were also targetted by rumors. It was mentioned that it might come out with the Gears of War: Judgment as well as the previous titles Gears of War 1,2, and 3, which were supposed to be included in the Gears of War collection, the upcoming game might include additional maps, and more. This might be possible as it would likely features Gears of War 3: RAAM's Shadow storyline.

In addition, the said sequel was not developed by Epic Games, where the former creator Cliff Bleszinski was also involved with the development. Judgment includes more arcade-y approach to gaming, wherein each level contains bonuses that players can enjoy as well as gaining some high scores.

Cliff Bleszinski, on the other side, mentioned about his creation of Project Bluestreak. The game is said to have the same approach to his former game design, Gears of War. Both of these games he made, featured free-to-play games which the players really loved and enjoyed.

But in terms of gameplay, both of the bosses from Xbox and Bleszinski himself, haven't confirmed yet about the game details except the latter revealed that it would be unlikely to use the Oculus VR for the gaming. Thus, realized that it would be using the virtual reality headset.

As for Gears of War 4, no confirmed details yet were heard from Black Tusk nor from Xbox team. But then again, stay tuned.
