Is it really over now between "American Sniper" star Bradley Cooper and model Suki Waterhouse?
Cooper, 40, and Waterhouse, 23, have called it quits after two years of being together, according to E! News. The pair, who reportedly started dating in March 2013, have yet to confirm the news.
According to a report by People, however, the actor and the British model-actress already broke up before the Oscars in January. At the time they were allegedly still on good terms and attended the awards show together, and were even spotted eating out at Nobu Malibu with another friend the following night, the publication stated.
Cooper and Waterhouse were first linked after being photographed together in Boston in 2013. While they kept their romance under wraps, the actor took her English gal pal as her date to the New York premiere of his movie "American Hustle" in December that year, as well as to the Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles a month later.
The couple have always kept mum about their relationship. Yet, in an interview with ELLE UK in December 2013, Waterhouse revealed that it was during the ELLE Style Awards in February that year when she met the American actor.
"I don't talk about my boyfriend because it's boring," the model-actress told the magazine. "At least, that's what I decided to tell you when you asked."
"I'm not one of those girls who goes on about their boyfriends," she added. "I do think whatever I say will sound weird. But the truth is, if I start talking about him, I probably won't be able to stop. And I don't really want to talk about him, you know?"
It seems like the "Sexiest Man Alive" and the British celebrity will be kept busy post-breakup. Cooper is shooting his new movie "Joy" with Jennifer Lawrence, whom he has worked with in other films including "American Hustle." On the other hand, Waterhouse has landed a role in Insurgent, the second installment in the Divergent series, to be released this Friday.
