Scott Disick apparently took offense to longtime partner Kourtney Kardashian's comment suggesting her sister Khloe Kardashian is more popular than him.
In a deleted scene from "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Season 10, the pair can be seen in matriarch Kris Jenner's home discussing about a controversial Instagram photo that Khloe posted following a Halloween party in Canada last year.
The photo, which featured Khloe in a seductive feline costume and Scott wearing a Sheik costume together with another man, elicited strong reactions from fans and other social media users last year. Khloe captioned the picture "Sheik Pussy" and posted it on Instagram where she had 14 million followers at the time, only to receive widespread criticism, according to Daily Mail.
Scott, 31, tried to offer an explanation for the backlash. "I think a lot of people thought my costume was a little racy with the whole being sheiks," he told Kourtney and Kris.
Yet, he said that "not a lot of people were upset" with him but only with the picture Khloe posted, which the brunette beauty captioned "Sheik Pussy" as he (Scott) was a sheik and she (Khloe) "was a pussy cat."
He added that on his Instagram he posted a picture of his sheik outfit and "everyone loved it."
However, Kourtney, 35, teased him and suggested that her sister was criticized more because, "I think more people follow Khloe." She added that the mixed reactions could be because people expected Scott "to say obnoxious, crazy things" that he could say literally anything he wanted.
Her remarks apparently were stinging enough for Scott who retorted, "Because Khloe doesn't ever say anything?"
Looking at the porcelain statues that cluttered Kris' kitchen table, he added: "By the way, I want to get one of these in every room of our house so I don't have to look at your face when I'm talking to you."
Currently, the "KUWTK" couple seems to be in good terms, in spite of Scott's battle with alcoholism and substance abuse problems. Scott recently entered a Costa Rica treatment facility to treat his addictions, and Kourtney appeared to be very supportive of her man.
"I think the thing that's most important to me is just his commitment to working on himself," Kourtney told People. "When he's working on himself it only betters our relationship."
