Apparently not all upgrades would be good to a game, this was what "Grand Theft Auto V" gamers experienced after loading the patch 1.08 and experiencing a downgrade on the game's graphic quality. Rockstar Games immediate said that it would fix the problem, upon learning what had happened.

Rockstar Games immediately posted a response in their customer support page to PS4 and Xbox One gamers who owned the "GTA 5" and experienced a downgrade in graphic quality after the patch 1.08 launch. The "GTA V" developers said that "we are aware of some graphical issues on the Xbox One and PS4 versions of 'GTAV' after the most recent Title Update, and we are investigating a fix now." They also advised their customers that they would also be able to receive email notification about the latest update on the upcoming patch that would fix the glitch brought by patch 1.08, by subscribing to their support page.

Meanwhile, "Grand Theft Auto V" gamers who owned the PS3 or Xbox 360 editions were unaffected the supposedly graphic downgrade brought by patch 1.08. Add to that, Rockstar Games still enjoyed the successful launch of the "GTA 5" Online Heists in the Sony and Microsoft gaming consoles, while PC gamers wait for their "GTA V" edition to be released by April 14th, based on a report from GameSpot.

In an early report, Rockstar Games had already started accepting pre-orders for the "Grand Theft Auto V" PC edition via Green Man Gaming. The "GTA 5" PC edition would be the most ambitious project in the "GTA" franchise, said the game developers while defending the successive delays on the PC edition's launch. The PC edition was reported to run smoothly at 1080p and would even work well with 4K support.

With regard to the recently released "GTA 5" Online Heists, Gamers had been having a blast collecting rewards while completing challenges and jobs. One team was even able to rake around GTA $12 million in Heist mode.

With a lot at stake in the "GTA V" title, Rockstar assured gamers that they would be releasing a new patch to solve the graphic quality issue raised by PS4 and Xbox One edition owners.
