'Doctor Strange' update: Nightmare to be a possible villain in the movie?

The image was taken from one of the pages of the comic book 'Strange Tales #110,' which shows Doctor Strange encountering a shadowy hooded figure. While Derrickson did not place any captions on the image (thus making it hard to speculate what exactly he is trying to point out here), the tweet has already gotten 102 likes and 56 retweets.

Regarding the film's plot, it has been rumored that the Sorcerer Supreme introduction to the big screen may be adapted from the five-page intro issue titled 'Master of Black Magic.' According to Comics Bulletin's summary of the strip, Doctor Strange is asked for help by a businessman who is suffering from nightmares. When the Sorcerer Supreme discovers that the nightmares are caused by the businessman's guilt over destroying other people's businesses, the latter tries to silence Doctor Strange for good but fails to do so because of Strange's magical powers. It is also in this comic strip that Doctor Strange encounters the villain "Nightmare," who is also known as the "ruler of the Dream Dimension."

'Doctor Strange' is scheduled for a November 4, 2016 release.
