Finally, Sledgehammer Games has released the second expansion of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Starting March 31st, "Ascendance" pack will be available in any Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles which includes DLC add-ons such as new map versions, weapons, zombies' content, new playlist and many more. As of the moment, it is exclusive for Xbox consoles but it was reported that PS4 and PC platforms will follow in a month. Also, a new Call of Duty may debut this coming Fall, according to a source.
Following, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare: Havoc, a second DLC expansion called Ascendance has become available which can be purchased and downloaded to compatible consoles like Xbox, for now. According to Gamespot, the pack includes additional features such multiplayer maps (perplex, Site 244, Climate, and Chop Shop), new version of Exo Zombies, new weapons (The OHM directed energy light machine gun and the OHM Werewolf) and a new playlist called Exo Grapple which gives players quickest way to reach strategic vantage points or offers a secondary weapon to kill a competition.
This seemed to be a good catch for those who are interested to experience what the expansion offers however there have been reports that Ascendance may be having DLC issues, Venture Beat reported. The site mentioned that gamers who have purchased the "map pack" are unable to download. In addition, some gamers who have already purchased the season pass are asked again to pay by Xbox Live. Apparently, these issues did happen way back in December.
Rest assured, Microsoft and Activision are working on it, the site also mentioned.
Meanwhile, a new Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 by Treyarch is expected to release this fall. More details will be revealed this May.
With new features and DLC contents available, gamers and fans alike can now purchase the newest expansion, Ascendance. Today, the game is exclusive for Xbox One and 360 consoles however PS4 and PC platforms will follow in about a month along with Call of Duty Black Ops Series in Fall.
