Drake Hogestyn revealed to TV Insider that his character, John and Marlena are bound to have a reunion in the upcoming episodes of DOOL. "With 'Days' about to turn 50, we're bringing the fans what they want - love, family, connection," Hogestyn said.
Hogestyn hinted that now that John is back in town following his realization that Paul is his son with Tori, he and Marlena are bound to meet somewhere along the way. "John's scenes with Marlena feel very familiar from a long time ago, but also different because now it feels so wonderfully mature," he teased.
He also revealed that John will be "determined" to mend his broken relationship with his son, Paul. Hogestyn also denied that Paul's sexuality will become one of the hurdles that the father and son will have to overcome before moving on from all the painful things they have said to each other.
It seems like Paul and John are not the only characters who have hurdles to overcome together, She Knows Soaps teased fans that Melanie will discover something big about what happened to Theresa and Brady. According to the outlet, Melanie will find out that Maggie knows the answer behind the attack. Spoilers also hint that a big secret will be exposed during a charity event, which is bound to make things worse for the Salemites.
