Rob Kardashian is not visible on 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians,' but it's not what keeps him away from his family show. On the Sunday episode of the reality show, the 28-year-old TV star was the main topic of the cast and possibly will remain one for the upcoming episodes of the show. Does the Kris Jenner helping her only son or using him for KUWTK advantage?
For the past months, Kim and Khloe Kardashian's brother is subject of fat shaming and depression rumors. For a change, Rob's family discussed his weight gain and apparent self-destructive issues on their own show. Kris Jenner divulged that her once fit son obtained more than 100 lbs.
"As a mom, it breaks my heart to see Rob going through what he's going through," Kris said. "He's kind of stuck in a really bad place and I just want to help him get out of it."
"I can't take it anymore. I just kept thinking it was going to go away and he would figure it out on his own, but he's not...I feel like if I don't help him do something drastic, that he's going to die," the 59-year-old momager shared.
Sunday's episode was not only about talking about Rob's problems, but KUWTK also showed Kardashians' action to let Rob undergo another intervention. For Kim, they must do 'tough love' approach which includes cutting Rob's extra perks. On the other hand, Khloe was confused whether to ask Rob or not. In the end Lamar Odom's estranged wife urged Rob, who's staying in her house, to take their help.
"Do you think it's fair to do this to me? .... I've been through this how many times?" Khloe's plea to Rob and citing her past apparently with Odom.
"It's not fair for you guys to do this to me all the time. It's not fair. Just accept the f---ing help," French Montana's rumored girlfriend said.
Rob was absent at Kim's wedding with Kanye West and their last family Christmas gathering. Apart from that, he's keeping away from his family and opts to stay in the house. In Kim and Kourtney's point of views Rob has depression is perhaps rooted from their father's death in 2003. Kim added that her brother that "he's king of excuses."
"Everyone's been overcompensating for him since my dad died, cause he was 16," Kourtney said. "I don't know if it's because he has it so easy, but then also at the same time with what he's going through, I don't want him to feel even more alone."
On the other angle, Khloe thought that it maybe because of her failed relationship with Odom. She added that Rob, who's close to her ex beau, was affected when they separated.
"Only Rob, Lamar and I know what happened in the house and what was going on. And I definitely feel guilty," Khloe shared on KUTWK.
As for the Sunday episode, Rob's refusing to do the intervention. According to a source of Hollywood Life, he's really upset with his family.
"He's frustrated and feels like this whole weight thing on the show is like a broken record," continues the source. "It's like ratings come before him. That his family is more concerned with fame and ratings, than with his actual well being, the source reveals.
