ABC has left their viewers pretty much in the dark with regards to a season renewal. Even word from ABC president Paul Lee has left little hope for fans of the sassy agent. Fans of the show have decided to take matters into their own hands and have even launched an online petition to save the show from being cancelled. As of now, the online petition needs more signatures but the fans remain hopeful for an Agent Carter Season 2.

Every year, E!Online launches "Save One Show 2015" which gives some beloved shows a chance to be saved from the chopping block. ABC's Agent Carter has remained ahead in the polls, and is now to be pitted against The CW's Hart of Dixie in the finals. Voting ends on April 8 2015, Wednesday, at 5PM P.T. Should Agent Carter win, fans just might get the season renewal that they have been hoping for.

Actress Haley Atwell, who plays the titular role has expressed her hopes that Agent Carter will be aired in the UK soon. Atwell has also expressed her thoughts on a possible season renewal.

"I think it will later on in the year," Hayley said, "There is a chance that the UK is going to get it. There must be a slight bidding war for the channel at the moment. Fingers crossed it won't be too long."

Ratings haven't been very good for the show. While the ratings aren't exactly terrible, it didn't exactly meet the network's expectations. It is expected that ABC will be making an announcement regarding the season renewal in May.
