Justin Bieber, placed on chokehold, kicked out of Coachella; Singer and bodyguards ganged up Ryan Fitzgerald

Justin Bieber was put in a chokehold and kicked out after trying to gain entry to the backstage during the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California on Sunday evening. Aside from Coachella security, the singer and his bodyguards were also said to have a spat with a radio personality on the same event.

According to a report, the Canadian singer was personally invited backstage by his friend rapper Drake who was having a closing performance that night. Despite having the right wristbands and passes, security would not let him in the artists' area because it was already full. Bieber allegedly debated with security saying that he could not be with the large crowd or he might be swamped by fans. Still, he was not allowed by security which annoyed him.

A Coachella staffer intervened and tried to get Justin Bieber in the backstage. While he and his bodyguards were being led, security caught him from behind and reportedly held him on the neck which prompted his bodyguards to struggle with them. Bieber and his team were then told to leave.

The singer's camp meanwhile made it clear that Bieber voluntarily left the venue. A source says the singer now plans to file a legal action against Coachella security. There is no word yet from Bieber about the incident who has arrived in Europe on Monday.

ANOTHER ALTERCATION?

Aside from the squabble with Coachella security, another report says the singer and his bodyguards were also involved in a separate physical clash with Australian radio and TV personality Ryan "Fitzy" Fitzgerald on that same night. Fitzy was talking on the phone with his head down when he accidentally bumped into Justin Bieber who supposedly pushed him. Bieber's bodygyuards then grabbed him and threw him into the fence.

No official statement on the aforementioned incident has been given by Justin Bieber nor the Coachella management.
