Apple is about to take on its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in San Francisco this coming June 8. This five-day event will feature Apple's latest operating systems and might just reveal the anticipated iOS 9 along with previews of the iPhone 7 and the iPad Pro/Plus.
According to Gospel Herald, Apple made a statement that in the WWDC; they "will come together to learn about the future of iOS and OS X". Apple's WWDC is often the place where the latest version of iOS is previewed and products like the iPhone 4 and MacPro were revealed.
"We've got incredible new technologies for iOS and OS X to share with developers at WWDC and around the world", said Phil Schiller, Apple's senior vice president marketing in the announcement of WWDC dates. The iPhone 7 might just have OLED tech like the Apple watch.
Apple also says that this year it has schedules "more sessions than ever before". For anyone hoping to attend the event they can apply for tickets now through April 17th at 10am PDT/1pm EDT. You will receive an email whether you can buy a ticket no later than 5pm PDT/8pm EDT on April 20th.
Take note that tickets aren't for everyone. Tickets are only made available to current members of the iOS Developer Program, iOS Developer Enterprise Program, or Mac Developer Program. Only guests aged 18 and above can go there without the need for parental guidance. To apply for tickets, simple go to Apple's website.
For those who aren't living in San Francisco or those who can't manage to obtain a ticket, here's good news for you! Apple will live stream the event that will include session on Design, Application Frameworks, Graphics and Games, Media, Core OS, Apple Watch, Health and Fitness, Tools and Language and Enterprise.
